MANUFACTURING

In-house manufacturing, not outsourced lines

Since 2008 we’ve run an in-house, sketch-to-scale model — research, design, prototyping, assembly and volume manufacturing, as ODM or OEM. One vertically integrated chain runs from LCD/TFT fabrication through SMT and PCBA sub-assembly, Clearbond optical bonding, and thermoplastics & injection moulding to OEM box-build and test — with design-for-manufacture that transfers your product to a Logic facility or your preferred CEM. Manufacturing runs across our China and Malaysia sites, built for project risk contingency, with U.S. and European warehousing, support and logistics for landed delivery.

Heyuan · Guangdong, China

Display fabrication

Touch panel, mono LCD and TFT display manufacturing — display module, backlight, touch panel, optical bonding, SMT and PCBA sub-assembly. R&D, design, prototyping and QA on site.

DongGuan · Guangdong, China

Thermoplastics & OEM

Thermoplastics, tooling, injection moulding, backlight, SMT, cable harness and OEM box-build — the enclosure and integration side of sketch-to-scale.

DLOGIC · DongGuan, Guangdong, China

Embedded-computer build

Touch monitors, touch display computers, web terminals and panel PCs — the DLOGIC range, built in-house with full R&D, prototyping and QA.

Shenzhen · Guangdong, China

Research & development

A dedicated R&D centre — industrial, mechanical, hardware, firmware, software and application engineering feeding every production site.

Malaysia

Assembly & manufacturing

A South-East Asian assembly and manufacturing plant, adding capacity and supply-chain contingency alongside the China fabrication sites.

Built for volume and precision

Cleanroom environments and advanced automated assembly lines handle both small and large production runs at consistent quality. A deeply integrated supply chain keeps cost, lead time and risk under control — with multiple assembly and manufacturing locations for contingency.

Thermoplastics & injection moulding

A fully equipped in-house tooling workshop with 30+ German-made Battenfeld injection-moulding machines — single and double (bi-)injection, rubber/silicon overmoulding, metal-insert moulding and in-mould labelling. The enclosure engineered and built alongside the display.

ISO 9001 quality & test lab

ISO 9001–certified facilities with in-line process control, full traceability and third-party lab certification. In-house testing spans life / MTTF–MTBF, environmental, thermal shock, humidity, salt-vapour spray, X-ray inspection, fire-retardation and mechanical (vibration & impact).

OPTICAL BONDING

ClearBond® Optical Bonding

Every Logic touch display is available with ClearBond®, our proprietary triple-layer optical bonding. It fills the air gap between cover glass, touch sensor and TFT so there is no internal reflection and no path for dust or moisture — the display stays readable in direct sunlight and rugged enough for outdoor and mobile use.

Triple-layer optical bond · no air gap

"

Why it matters

  • Improves resistance to shock, impact & vibration
  • Improves viewability in all lighting conditions
  • Increases ruggedness and sealing against dust, dirt and moisture
  • Eliminates internal reflection and condensation
  • Triple-layer bond across the full display stack

Compliance & certifications

Qualified for regulated markets

Our company culture is built on the firm belief that quality leads to higher productivity. We strive for quality in every undertaking. Our dedication and commitment combined with our work methods and tools are the basis for achieving quality. Our work processes are based on practical proven techniques or best practices.

We have implemented world class engineering and manufacturing processes. Our products are certified by third party laboratories and carry many standard certifications.

We recognise that compliance with Intellectual Property right laws and international agreements are of vital importance to our clients. Protecting the Intellectual Property of our clients is subsequently of critical importance to the success of our business. To ensure the highest standards of product reliability, safety, and performance, our manufacturing process incorporates a rigorous and comprehensive quality assurance protocol.

This regimen includes extensive Life testing to determine Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) and validate long-term operational durability. We conduct thorough Environmental testing to simulate real-world conditions, which involves specialized procedures like Humidity testing and Thermal shock cycles to assess component resilience against moisture and rapid temperature changes.

To guarantee corrosion resistance, particularly for components exposed to harsh elements, we utilize Salt vapor spraying.

For internal quality control, advanced X-Ray Inspection provides a non-destructive method to verify solder joint integrity and internal alignment.

Safety is paramount, confirmed through Fire-Retardation testing on casings and materials, while Mechanical testing validates the product's physical robustness against vibration, impacts, and repeated use.
